We are looking for a front-facing Admissions and customer services adviser for Lewisham College.

This post will be working with prospective customers, current students and other stakeholders.

The role requires a person who will undertake a range of customer service, administrative duties including:

- Meeting and greeting customers,
- Record keeping,
- Supporting and attending internal and external marketing events /Open days / Interview days, enrolment,
- Initial Information Advice and Guidance, and adhoc requirements such as keeping students’ records updated and helping with duties relating to admissions, working once a week on evening duty.
- Provide overall clerical support to the whole admissions department.

**You will have**:

- A first-class customer service or administration background,
- Level 3 in either Customer Service or Administration qualification and other minimum Level 3 qualification in Maths and English,
- The ability to work with a professional team
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and good IT skills.
