**Support Worker requirements**

You have brilliant people skills with the ability to develop relationships and manage challenging situations.
- 3-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years
- Moving and handling and personal care experience
- The right to work in the UK
- Various shift patterns are available, primarily waking nights and long days.
- Experience of working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities is advantageous
- A valid drivers license and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable
