The planned care division are looking for an experienced and motivated secretary to join the Obs & Gynaecology administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to provide secretarial support to the Consultant Obs & Gynae at The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Trust.

You must have effective verbal and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in handling confidential information and situations.

Suitably qualified and preferably having experience in using the patient administration computer systems. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.

Good word processing skills to a minimum of RSA II, GCSE English or equivalents are essential. The AMSPAR Certificate or equivalent qualification, medical terminology and audio typing are desirable, as is proven experience in a medical environment.
