Origin Multilingual is proud to announce we are Recruiting for a **Business Development Manager for the UK market** to join an established technology business based in Basingstoke.

**Job Overview**:
The BDM roles are vital to function for the ongoing success of the company. This role entails pipeline generation and ongoing client relationship management. Focus on securing new clients and enhancing the opportunities we have with existing contacts. Thisrole would include travel to Customers. We're looking for energetic individuals who can develop and drive growth in these regions.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
You have strong business acumen to develop, lead, and close sales opportunities. Specifically, we are looking for a person that will:

- Identify, develop and close opportunities
- Develop opportunities with existing customer base
- Driving new customer relationships
- Build a sales pipeline
- Manage the sales cycle
- Communicating new product developments to new and existing clients
- Provide excellent customer support at every stage of the sales cycle

**Personal Qualities**:

- A highly motivated self-starter who drives to exceed their sales goal each month independently
- Previous experience in selling and negotiating IT equipment contracts
- Communicate in English to business level
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Agile learner with strong action orientation and passion for success
- Creative thinking and problem solving, agility and be able to collaborate with the team
- Familiarity with CRM practices and excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel to Customers in the specific roles' region.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve success
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Willingness to learn about the product and business
