**Resourcing Group are recruiting for a leading Building Management Consultants - they help organisations manage and improve their workplaces, facilities and estates. **General Purpose of Role**:
To work as part of the project team on the company's FM review and implementation projects. To work within the project teams to ensure that each project's income/profit targets are met and the project outcomes achieved. To work with everyone in the company to exceed our clients' expectations, and to identify and secure additional, profitable, work or projects.

**Principal Accountabilities**:
Undertakes project related work including:
Undertaking work individually and as part of a team on consultancy projects.

Prepare briefing documents, reports and presentations.

Visit client sites, attend meetings in person and on-line, attend site visits.

Desk and field-based research and analysis.

Project co-ordination including tracking progress against project plans and advising the Project Director of issues that are likely to affect the project deliverables and/or the project profitability/income targets.

Sharing learning points from the project with other members of the Client team.

Support projects including:
Document control and maintenance of project folder structures.

Organise and attend project meetings, provide meeting notes and action lists when required.

Entering timesheet and expense information to allow the preparation of regular monthly invoices.

Support Business Development activities including the preparation of proposals to secure further work and new work, and enhance the reputation of the company in the market.

**Specific Qualifications**:
Educated to a degree level or equivalent.

Academic / professional qualification in FM, Property or Business / Finance related discipline advantageous.

**Specific Knowledge / Skills Competence Experience**:
Previous experience in a professional FM environment.

Experience of attending meetings alone with clients, suppliers and other parties.

Experience in preparation of documents, briefing papers, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.

Experience of co-ordinating projects.

**Knowledge**:
**Knowledge of Facilities Management sector is essential.**

Thorough knowledge of Microsoft suite of software.

In short time the post holder will be required to understand the company's capabilities, experience, aims, objectives, working methods and ethos.

**Skills Competence**:
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and self-organise and operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-moving environment.

Confident to organise, attend and run client, supplier and stakeholder.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under own steam, from home and location-independent.

Ability to work as part of a dispersed team.

Able to travel to client sites (which can include early starts and late finishes)

Ability to execute work with close attention to detail.

Active listening skills.

Excellent customer relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively, to influence and to build relationships at all levels.

Diplomatic and discreet able to ensure confidentiality is adhered to when preparing confidential correspondence and reports.

Working Model

Working model is from home, travel is required, you must be able to travel in UK and spend nights away from home. They work a 9-day fortnight (extended hours and every other Friday off) You must be able to drive and travel by public transport
