Payroll Administrator, £20,000, Wetherby

We are currently working with a Wetherby based business who due to expansion have a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone either looking for a new role within payroll or to make the move.

You must have excellent attention to detail with a high level of numeracy skills coupled with the ability to work accurately to deadlines and multi-task when necessary You must also have a confident telephone manner and good written communication skills.

Key Duties:

- Creating and issuing payroll spreadsheets to customers
- Importing and data entry of payroll data from Excel spreadsheets
- End to end processing of payroll data
- Creating and issuing of customer invoices
- Issuing of P45’s, payslips and any other payroll documentation

Key strengths & Skills:

- Multitask between tasks and telephone.
- Communicating internally and externally
- Dealing with any queries
- Possess a calm manner
- Administration or payroll experience

Payroll experience isn’t essential for this role however you will have strong administration and PC skills. The role will be full time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm/8.30am - 5.30pm and office based
