**Location: Birmingham / Hybrid with Travel as and when Required**

**Salary: £mid 30s with Car allowance**

**The role**:

- You will work closely with employees and their managers to understand individual career goals and help create plans to fulfil professional objectives.
- Help identify high potential employees, collaborate with all parties to identify gaps, areas for development.
- Create innovative initiates to support career development, succession planning and talent management
- Liaise with various departments to spearhead the successful implementation of changes and business outcomes.

- You’ll have a good understating of technical courses as well as soft skills to help enhance capability.
- You'll be a great influencer, passionate about what you do and have lots of existing experience of creating pathways for employees.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
