Due to an increase in demand we are looking for classroom assistants with experience in working with children with a variety of complex needs. The individual appointed must be able to use their initiative and work efficiently in a team, you must be able to engage and motivate the students encouraging their learning.

We are working with a school in the Worthing area who are looking for 2 classroom assistants. This is an immediate start and for the rest of the academic year, possibilities of the role becoming permanent.

**Must have**:

- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Has a passion to support and empower children and young people
- A DBS on the Updates Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Commitment to safeguarding students and young people

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: £320.00-£375.00 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Worthing, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Special education: 1 year (preferred)
