**Kitchen Team Member**

**MR Ts is looking for a Kitchen Team Member to join our team in wakefield.**

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will prepare food and other items as directed, using a variety of tools and equipment. You will work to provide the best quality service possible, while maintaining a safe and clean environment for our guests. You will be able to follow instructions and work to complete tasks, while following all health and safety standards, to ensure the best quality for our guests and employees. This position requires a team player with great communication skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to understand instructions in English and follow them in writing and orally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

**Duties**:

- Prepare food items as directed in accordance with recipes, prep lists, and food safety guidelines.
- Follow recipes and standard procedures when making sauces, dressings, marinades, soups, stews, chutneys, casseroles etc.
- Clean food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 40 per week
