**Job Title**: IT Service Desk Engineer
**Location**: Birmingham
**Salary**: £25,000
My client is a rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider, and we are currently recruiting for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team in Birmingham.
The IT Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for the provision of technical support and guidance to our customers, and for maintaining the highest quality of service to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues and provide resolutions.
- Respond to incoming customer queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to our customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer support.
- Monitor and maintain our systems.
- Follow established processes and procedures.
- Work towards meeting customer service level agreements.
- Carry out other duties as required.
T**echnical Skills Required**:
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 Admin
- Backup Solutions
- Antivirus - Config / Troubleshooting
- Virtualisation - Hyper-V
- WiFi / Firewalls
- SQL / PowerShell
