Youth Hub Support Worker

The Youth Hub Support Worker will:

- deal with all aspects of the day to day running of the Youth Hub space, acting as the main point of contact.
- Deal with all aspects of data security in the building such as GDPR and ensuring all paperwork is put away and secured.
- To handle any youth hub enquiries from young people, support services or businesses directing them to the co-ordinator or work coach as and when required.
- To ensure the Youth Hub is a safe and welcoming space for young people to access.
- To maintain administration records and carry out general admin duties on a daily basis.
- To assist with networking meetings alongside the co-ordinator.
- To assist in the development and running of group sessions for participants within the youth hub.
- To support young people with creating CV's, job searches, housing support, referring to mental health services, financial support and other support services.
- To support the DWP work coach with universal credit claimants and refer to other support services where necessary.
- Basic social media, updating pages on a daily basis.
- **Please note that hours of work will be 10.30am-5.00pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9.00am-5.00pm**_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £12,493.00 per year

Expected hours: 21 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Adminstration: 1 year (preferred)
