**PROJECT WORKER**

**Full Time - 35 hours per week | £21,500 | Bradford, West Yorkshire**
Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children and young people to thrive?
As one of our Project Workers you’d be responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating high quality programmes, designed to support children, young people and families to make positive and sustainable life choices.
**Education and Qualifications**:
**Essential**:

- A relevant Level 3 qualification and/or equivalent experience
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
- First Aid Qualification or willingness to work towards

**Desirable**:

- Professional qualification as a children’s workforce practitioner (e.g. qualified teacher, youth worker, social worker or healthcare practitioner.)
- PCV/D1 driving licence

**Skills and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Experience of providing support to children, young people and families
- Practical experience of delivering interventions that support children, young people and families
- Experience of programme design and evaluation against set outcomes
- Practical experience of identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Youth Work, Early Help Framework and Signs of Safety
