Role Info:
Container Coordinator - Global Leader
Can be based in Coventry, Middlesbrough or Widnes
£27,400 - £32,880
Plus Excellent Company Benefits which includes a Generous Pension Scheme
Hours: 35 hours per week
25 + 8 bank holidays a year.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Container Coordinator based in either Coventry, Middlesbrough or Widnes. This role is responsible for controlling all elements of the stock function, ensuring product availability within company targets.

What you’ll deliver day-to-day:
+ To check daily and review container balances at a site level and compare to production plans to identify container transport plans to filling sites.
+ Identify container data and identify risks around shortages in line with production planning
+ To coordinate the movement of containers with the transport team
+ Coordinate the collection of containers at customer sites with the transport teams.
+ To communicate effectively between all departments
+ To cover workload for team as and when required
+ Co-operate on all matters concerned with any health, safety, training, legislative and environmental matters
+ To investigate and resolve supplier and customer complaints
+ To ensure compliance to all appropriate quality procedures
+ To provide information as requested to both internal and external auditors

About You:
+ Someone who can work cross functionally, get into the data and solve problems.
+ Define and optimise logistics flows to achieve consistent results
+ Have an understanding of production, warehousing and transport processes.
+ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
