Working in our residential children's homes At Homes2Inspire means working for a dedicated team providing nurturing and supportive environments for young people in our care. The Role:
As a Night Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young people who require social, emotional, and mental health support. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day care and support to young people.
- Assisting in daily routines to ensure their well-being.
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with young people, promoting trust and emotional well-being.
- Empower and motivate them to achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
- Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the home.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for the young people in your care.

What you'll bring:

- Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives.
- A willingness to work towards or current qualification in QCF level 3 in Residential Childcare.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is a plus but not mandatory.
- Resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations.
- Positive role model - honesty and empathy are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to working the homes rota of 5 shifts on, 5 shifts off

- Ofsted regulations outline that support workers working with children and young people must be 3 years older than the oldest young person within the home e.g., if a young person in the home was turning 18, you would need to be 21 at a minimum.
