A major UK based organisation, Rhenus Logistics has strategically situated locations throughout the UK.

We are looking to recruit an Export Operator who is keen to work within an office environment and is looking to develop career in the fast-paced and varied industry of freight forwarding.

**Main duties: To include, but not limited to**:

- Working as part of the export team planning shipments and organising export trailers.
- Associated administration duties such as processing invoices, maintaining spreadsheets etc.
- Use of internal systems to book on transport orders and raise customs documents.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A good grasp of numbers and excellent organisational skills are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident phone manner would be beneficial.
- The ability to eventually manage a daily workload independently whilst operating effectively within a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate the company in a professional manner to all concerned.
- Previous export experience would be useful although full training will be given.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum GCSE English and Maths to grade 4 or above.
