**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Listing Optimization**:

- Work with our team to ensure products are listed consistently through our ever-growing marketplaces, using key design ideas to create effective and eye-catching listings.
- Attention to detail with creating listings for marketplaces.

**2. Marketplace Customer Service**:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on various online marketplaces, including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, B+Q, Curry’s, Groupon, and Robert Dyas.
- Provide courteous, accurate, and timely responses to customer queries regarding product information, shipping, returns, and other relevant concerns.
- Manage customer reviews and ratings, striving to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**3. Social Media and Content Creator**
- Create effective content to be published on our social media platforms.
- Connect with Affiliates to promote products.
- Manage social media channels.

**4. General Office Admin**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks during downtime, which may include data entry, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE in Maths and English at a C grade (or grade 5) or equivalent; additional relevant education is a plus.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with the online marketplaces listed (eBay, Amazon, B&Q, Groupon) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Pay: £23,795.20 per year
