Sanctuary Personnel is currently looking for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to take on a new ongoing contract role working in an Early Intervention Team in Ashton-under-Lyne.

**Location**:Ashton-under-Lyne.

**Pay Rate**:£26 per hour (assignment rate).

**Contract Type**:Locum, 6-month contract/ongoing block booking.

**Main Duties**:

- To provide care coordination (case management) to an identified group of patients open to the team
- patients identified as being in the early phase of a psychotic illness.
- Complete assessment of needs.
- Deliver interventions in line with currently identified best practice.
- Complete risk assessments.
- Manage and safeguarding where appropriate.
- Be supported by the team manager and wider team.

**Requirements of the Community Psychiatric Nurse**:

- Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing.
- Experience working as a Mental Health Nurse.
- Experience working with clients with serious mental illness together with knowledge and skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the care of clients with serious mental illness.
- NMC Registration.
