Office Assistant

A fantastic opportunity for an Office Assistant to work for a small local company has become available.
You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Cullompton office on a day-to-day basis. The main purpose of this role is to carry out, organise and coordinate administration duties and procedures within the Business. Your role will be to help create and maintain a well organised and operationally efficient business, ensuring high levels of compliance with administration procedure and communication.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Answering calls, taking messages & handling correspondence
- Organising meetings and taking minuets
- Maintaining inhouse software systems.
- Managing databases and filing
- Drafting letters, presentations and reports.
- Creation / Updating of Marketing Material
- Maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Using a range of software packages
- Office Management & Business Administration
- Assisting Director with tasks and duties as/where required
- Updating policies and structures
- Creation of Manuals
- Calling Leads to arrange meetings.

This is an office-based position from our offices in Cullompton.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
