**Operations Coordinator**

We are looking for a highly organised individual to assist the Operations Director with operational planning, and to provide comprehensive administrative and procurement support to the wider operations team. This will also include updating the CMMS (asset maintenance management system) data and maintaining asset maintenance records.

We are a small and fast-paced organisation, with operations that include Biomass CHP Plants, waste processing and manufacturing facilities.

Some basic engineering knowledge or an understanding of terminology would be beneficial, but not essential, and the role may suit someone with a Stores Supervisor or Purchasing background. CMMS or CRM system would also be beneficial.

The Operations Coordinator will need to be based at our Head Office in Hemyock, Devon. Working 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Due to the rural location, you will need to have your own means of transport.

**Duties will include;**
- assisting with the line management of the Operations Director’s direct reports, including monitoring leave, overtime, on call/ call out hours for departments and collating Engineers job sheets;
- attending Maintenance meetings, distributing notes and actions, and holding individuals to account for allocated actions;
- working with the Operations Director to plan, coordinate and allocate Work Orders to the Central Maintenance Team on the system;
- create, update, and close completed Work Orders;
- maintain, develop and improve CMMS procurement and stock records;
- Work with the Finance Team to procure and purchase engineering stock and replacement parts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £30,000.00 per year
