The role requires service and sales of the highest standard. RSA's will help our customers access the products they need for their rental and ensure their experience is positive.

Applicants will need to be able to work shifts in-line with the operational hours. Early shifts starting 7am and late shifts finishing at 8pm, weekends and bank holidays.

Uniform and training are provided. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, sales and service driven individual, seeking to optimise their income.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Effectively service customer needs providing the highest levels of quality to all customers.
- Emphasis on selling and revenue maximisation on core products.
- Ability to plan and prioritise all aspects of our business.
- Developing new business
- Complete all rentals, re -rents, reservations, and quotations in accordance with Green Motion procedures and policies.
- Answer all telephone calls in accordance with Green Motion policy.
- Flexible attitude and ability to assist in all areas of the branch as needed.
- Valet Vehicles
- Collect/ Drop off customers.

**Professional Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience and strong sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication.

**Knowledge**:

- Computer literate
- Full Driving License
- Proficiency in English

**Skills**:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus.
- Excellent telephone manner is essential.

Full time hours available.

Available Shifts are Monday to Sunday. Hours of work are variable each week. Actual days, start and finish times will be variable as necessitated by the needs of the business.
