Purpose and objectives of the role

Core

**Responsibilities**:

- Allocating service jobs to the engineers
- Liaising with customers regarding appointments
- Producing accurate quotations
- Ordering parts from the spares department
- Updating/using multiple IT systems Skills
- A good standard of English and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, and a high degree of attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Good telephone handling skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of discretion and judgment
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Good computer skills
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills

Experience
Previous similar experience preferable.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Uxbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
