Receptionist

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services, products, and policies
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and maintaining records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging refreshments
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong typing skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and clerical tasks
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
