**Hours**: Full-time, 44 hours per week

**About the Role**

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Carer to join our team at Ghyll Royd Nursing Home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with personal care, medication administration, and activities of daily living. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting our team of care workers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Monitor residents' health and well-being
- Supervise and support care workers
- Complete care records and reports
- Participate in training and development opportunities

**Qualifications and Experience**
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a care setting
- Experience of medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care
