A luxury and ever-expanding nursing home, that is expertly designed around neurologic conditions and dementia care for 37 adults, is looking for a strong **Senior Care Team **leader that can run the Care home in the absence of the deputy manager and the Registered manager.

You will be the point of call for all Care Assistants and the below roles. Your main role will include supervising and being a role model to your peers as well as the duties of a normal senior.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior and demonstrate good experience in leadership.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and their families.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, such as word, excel. Good management of iPad, and phones and understanding of the need to document accurately.
- Knowledge of PCS and RADAR.
- Have an NVQ level of 2 or 3 In Health and Social Care
- Be medication administration trained.
