**About Our Client**:
Page Personnel are supporting a highly successful distribution business based in Coleshill with the appointment of a generalist HR Advisor role.

This role offers hybrid working - 4 days office and 1 home

Reporting to a HR Business Partner, the role of HR Advisor is a varied and generalist position, supporting a wide range of stakeholders with all people matters at this busy distribution site. Duties will include:

- Provide support and advice on a wide range of employee relations matters
- Provide advise and guidance to stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
- Work with the HR Business Partner on HR projects and initiative as and when required
- Absence management
- Provide recommendations to policy and process improvements when required
