**Your rate of pay and hours of work**

This role offers a salary of £23,000 - £25,500 per annum, and is office based in our client’s City Centre branch. The work pattern is 9am until 5pm, Monday until Friday.

**Responsibilities within your new role as Commercial Admin Audio Typist**

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day-to-day running of a busy commercial office and the Commercial Valuation Team which includes:

- Audio typing of detailed commercial valuation reports with speed and accuracy, following through on required lenders' procedures, formatting reports, packaging and management of documents, raising and logging invoices
- Performing general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry on the internal system of new projects
- Manage company mailboxes, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
Team player assisting with phone calls, greeting visitors to the office
- Oversee diary management for the team, scheduling appointments and meetings as required
Schedule jobs, works and projects efficiently, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations

**Your personality, experience and qualifications**

Experience in a similar role is preferred, with proficiency in audio typing being a key requirement. Exceptional organisational abilities and keen attention to detail are essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills. The capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting as well as independently is crucial for success in this role.
