**Hours
- 35 hours per week/ Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:00-1900 and alternative weekends between the hours of 09:00-17:00**

As a **Customer Renewals Advisor**, you will be responsible for takings calls from current members who want to discuss their membership or are looking to renew their cover. You'll be an expert on the features and benefits of our client's breakdown cover, and you'll have the customer service skills to keep them onboard.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Delivering Exceptional Service to all customers
- Operating in a fast-paced environment, where exceptional customer-focused solutions are delivered.
- Effectively engaging with members on several different campaigns
- Promoting our client’s products and services
- Providing great Customer Service to all clients by keeping accurate records
- Recording member's data and requests in an accurate manner and using our client’s system
- Empathetic and able to build rapport with our client's members, in an outgoing, confident and engaging manner
- Self-motivated and passionate about finding the right outcomes for customers
- Desire to deliver a first-class customer experience to over 2 million of customers
- The ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure to meet KPIs
- Ideally previous experience working within a sales focussed environment and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service
