**Apprentice Parts Advisor required in Treforest.**:

- Apprentice wage increasing over length of service
- Full time role working towards a Level 3 qualification

Our client, a franchise approved car dealership in the Treforest region, requires an Apprentice Parts Advisor to join their busy Parts Department.
Reporting to the Parts Manager and working as part of a friendly team of 7, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and promptly picking and supplying vehicle parts to our client’s workshop staff in order to carry out associated vehicle repairs. Youwill also carry out parts stock control and audits, deal with trade/retail customers regarding parts inquiries, and on occasions cover delivery runs in the absence of a Parts Delivery Driver.
You will go to the franchises head office to complete course work in 1 week in 6, in which our client will pay for your commute, accommodation and expenses.
Whilst knowledge of vehicle parts experience would be highly advantageous, it is non-essential as full training shall be given for this role. Overall you will need to be IT literate given you will work daily with an electronic parts catalogue system, hold aUK driving license with mínimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic telephone manner. Any experience in the motor trade or working with the Pinewood Pinnacle dealer management system would be highly advantageousbut is non-essential.
