**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a large part in supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns around key periods throughout the year. You will work closely with the acquisition and brand team overseeing the delivery of campaigns (big and small) to make sure activity is aligned and delivered to the overall plan.
**Requirements**:
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Support the preparation and proposals of the yearly marketing plan.
- Co-ordinate activity with the marketing team ensuring all team members are aligned and working collaboratively, managing meetings, flagging risks, rework critical path if required and keep teams on track with their deliverables.
- Run Meetings with key stakeholders to drive accuracy and alignment, ensure meetings are always fit for purpose and supporting delivery.
- Develop accurate integrated decks and channel maps for all campaign activity.
- Support media planning across all channels to meet business and commercial objectives, briefing agencies and scrutinising media plans to make sure they will deliver against key objectives.
- Monitor performance during and after campaigns and report on performance across the business, ensuring learnings are included in future planning.
- Day-to-day management of external agency to develop media plans that achieve ROI required per campaign.
- Input to the strategic marketing planning process.
- Support the Planning & Performance Manager in implementing the proper process and procedures for the effective day-to-day management of all activities.
- Highly organised with an acute attention to detail
- Understanding of different media types such as TV, OOH, Radio & Print and their role in the communications strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering projects/campaigns and good understanding of campaign process.
- Must be a great communicator - highly personable with a collaborative spirit, who develops good working relationships internally and externally with ease.
