The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced OOH Campaign Manager / Media Planner to join our team and elevate our clients' presence in the real world. If you're passionate about creating data-driven, impactful outdoor advertising strategies, we want to hear from you

Your Impact

As our OOH Campaign Manager / Media Planner, you'll:

  • Develop and execute innovative OOH media strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction
  • Conduct availability checks and create comprehensive media plans
  • Coordinate artwork submission to media owners, ensuring all creative meets specifications and deadlines
  • Organise and oversee campaign photography, capturing live installations for client reporting
  • Request and analyse posting bills (POPs) and playout reports to verify campaign delivery
  • Build detailed post-campaign reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Support the wider planning team with research, proposal development, and strategic input
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, supporting sales forecasting and client management
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging OOH opportunities to keep our offerings cutting-edge

Your Expertise

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in OOH media planning and campaign management
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail in managing artwork, POPs, and campaign documentation
  • Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in coordinating with external partners (e.g., media owners, photographers)
  • Outstanding communication skills for client presentations and internal collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK OOH landscape, including traditional and digital formats
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with broader media planning principles and cross-channel campaign integration
