We have an exciting opportunity for a **Training Centre Co-Ord**inator** to join Van Elle Construction Training.

As an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) accredited with CPCS, NPORS, NRSWA, and CITB we deliver courses such as Slinger Signaller, Forklifts, Telehandlers, SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid & much more. Plus, health and safety courses and a range of construction related NVQs

As a commercial Training Centre with supporting practical training and testing area, we regularly deliver high quality, industry training for our internal operations and numerous clients across the East Midlands

As Training Centre Coordinator, will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of a range of training and development activities and projects. In addition, ensuring the development and maintenance of robust learning and development systems and processes.

**What you'll be doing**
- Plan, create and implement each year's training courses for each division/department in line with business training requirements
- Schedule training courses with both our internal trainers and external providers; booking venues, plant and accommodation as required
- Maintain up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as delegate lists, schedules, and attendance records
- Manage training bookings including all logístical requirements such as rooms/venues, plant hire and equipment hire, invoicing etc.
- Accurately record and monitor budget expenditure in respect of certifications, qualifications and training undertaken
- Any other tasks that you may reasonably be required to undertake.

**Who we're looking for**
- Must have some existing knowledge around training procedures, including knowledge of training cards/certifications e.g. CSCS, CPCS, and NPORS
- Able to process information including confidential and sensitive data in line with GDPR guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure
- Be able to understand and interpret data

**Other Requirements**:

- Eligible to work and live in the UK.
- Flexibility to travel in the UK.
