We are based in **Newcastle upon Tyne **and cover the wider **North East **areas. we supply on-going staff to local authoriites and have our own homecare staff team.

**The Role**:

- Ability to work in a team environment.
- minimum 18 months experience in a recruitment consultant role
- Work on a 'Best Customer' approach actively targeting key prospective customer
- Joint working with our homecare team and company directors regarding recruitment needs for our own community care support services, and implement appropriate campaigns.
- Placing agency staff in a variety of placements, including long term, temp to perm and adhoc roles.
- Complete regular review meetings with clients to understand and communicate business changes
- Out of hours support

**About you**
- Prior recruitment experience and sales confidence is essential.
- Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and adapt to changing demands.
- Strong IT skills including business CRMs
- Competitive, passionate and still willing to learn
- Be self-motivated to achieve set targets
