**_Event Manager - B2B Conferences/Associaition_**

Are you an **_Event Manager _**with 5 to 7 years' experience in B2B Conference Production/Operations?

Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?

A well-known Associaition based in London is looking for a skilled **_Event Manager_**like you to work on their B2B portfolio of events for the UK and European market.

As an **_Event Manager_**specialising in B2B conferences you will be;
**Event management**:

- End-to-end event management and logistics
- Careful and considered research to avoid clashes with other events or factors which would affect attendance, and identification of any other factors affecting the commercial feasibility of events
- Source and manage venues and suppliers
- Research and recruit high profile and relevant industry speakers for events
- Work with sponsors to ensure all commitments and obligations are met, whilst maintaining editorial control of all aspects of the events, and the nature of the sponsors' participation
- Meet deadlines as agreed with the department head
- **Event promotion**:

- Drafting compelling benefit-driven marketing copy of appropriate tone
- Work with the department head and the digital team to ensure events receive appropriate profile and levels of marketing (in consideration of entire portfolio).
- **Event delivery**:

- For events held at their offices, booking the conference rooms, and working with the reception team to ensure appropriate room set-up, AV and catering
- For events held externally, working with external venues to ensure room set-up, AV, catering, and any other factors are agreed and met, establish good communication to ensure the specifics of hosting are confirmed in writing and that events work well forattendees and hosts/sponsors

This London based events business produce B2B Conferences, Webinars and various other events in the UK and across Europe, so you will be joining a well-known brand with a strong foothold in the events market.

Working as **_Event Manager_**, you'll be earning **£50,000 - £55,000** (with a £4,000 bonus dependant on performance.)
