**Your Role**

Join the Fleek Team as our first official Content Creator As we expand our organic and paid marketing efforts, we’re seeking a dynamic individual to elevate our content. Your role will be critical in launching organic TikTok content and scaling up our paid ads. This position is key to shaping our brand's voice and expanding our reach through captivating content.

**Deliverables**
- **Organic Socials**: Craft 7 engaging videos weekly for TikTok.
- **Paid Ads**: Every 2-3 weeks, develop a new set of creatives for our ads - about 10 pieces of content (mix of static images and TikTok-style videos).
- _Please note this is a hands-on role with detailed briefs provided by our marketing team._

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: You will be responsible for adapting stock footage and affiliate videos into engaging videos for ads and organic socials. You will also be required to deliver content in various aspect ratio formats (9:16, 4:5) for varying placements. You will also be required to deliver versions with different copy overlays in alternative languages (copy will be provided).
- **Graphic Design**: Some of the ad requirements will involve static images with graphic overlays. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Photoshop are required. Which tool you use doesn’t matter, so long as the quality is good.
- **Creativity & Ideation**: While our ads team will provide detailed briefs on who we’re targeting and the messaging, it will be your responsibility to transform those into various impactful, brand-aligned video and design concepts.
- **Shooting, Presenting & UGC-style content**: This role will require you to be in front of the camera for our ads (e.g. unboxing videos). You will also be responsible for bringing a friendly human face to the brand on TikTok. Being comfortable in front of the camera is a must.
- **Iterating Based on Feedback**: After each round of ads is delivered to the brief, we expect to make 1-2 rounds of amendments to ensure that the content is as close to the original brief as possible.

**About You**

This role is perfect for someone passionate about TikTok, up-to-date with trends, and aspiring to become a social media manager while building their experience. A strong interest in vintage clothing and experience with reselling or the resale industry is highly desirable

**Skills & Experience**
- Preferably, 1-2 years of experience in content creation for TikTok and Instagram.
- TikTok obsessed. Strong knowledge of best practices and trends.
- Keen eye for design and high-quality content creation. Graphic design and video editing skills are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring spelling and grammatical accuracy in video/text content and adherence to briefs to avoid unnecessary edits.
- Business Acumen: Understand the logic behind ads in order to craft content that converts.
- Being a member of the reseller or vintage community is a huge plus
- English proficiency (native level).
