Head Housekeeper

**Position**: Head Housekeeper

**Job Type**: Part-time, Permanent

**Working Hours**: 24 hours per week (4 days per week, every other weekend)

**Responsibilities**:As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of our nursing home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning residents' rooms, en-suites, and common lounges with meticulous attention to detail.
- Managing and leading a domestic team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are consistently upheld.
- Taking overall responsibility for the maintenance and presentation of the nursing home.
- Substantial experience in domestic work, demonstrating a high level of expertise in cleaning and housekeeping.
- Proven experience in managing a domestic team, showcasing strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
- Flexibility in work hours, as the role requires 6 hours per day over 4 days, with shift patterns between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.
