**Working hours**: 21 hours per week

**Benefits**:We offer a range of benefits including hybrid and flexible working, 11% non-contributory pension scheme, 25 days holiday (15 days pro rata) rising to 29 (17.5 days pro rata) after five years’ service.

**ROLE DUTIES**
- Provide administrative support to the residential property sale process, including legal due diligence, liaising with lawyers, completion of relevant paperwork (property information form), instruct and work with agents, check property in good state of repair, check meter readings and liaise between different legal parties.
- Managing the practical functions of vacant houses for sale or let including arranging clearance, repair, and maintenance of grounds etc.
- Working with property agents in terms of handling tenancies, building effective relationships, and maintaining a system for keeping record of checks.
- Providing administrative support to the processes for acquisition and disposal residential properties and escalating relevant matters to the Property Team, including the Head of Property and Estates Manager.

**CRITERIA**
- City & Guilds Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
- 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grades A-C
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the property sector
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- Planning, organising and prioritising skills
