**SEN TA**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN TA to join our team, working with a student who has special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, and behavior problems. As a SEN TA, you will provide support to students, helping them to access the curriculum and develop their social, emotional and academic skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-to-one support for year 1 child with ASD, ADHD, and behavior problems
- Help to plan and deliver appropriate activities and interventions to meet students' individual needs
- Monitor and record students' progress, and report to the class teacher and SENCO
- Promote positive behavior and manage challenging behavior in line with the school's behavior policy

**Requirements**:

- Experience of working with children with ASD, ADHD, and behavior problems, preferably in a school setting
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, CACHE Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning, etc.)
- Good understanding of SEND and how to support children with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
