We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a highly praised Primary School in Ruislip. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs, providing individualized support and creating a positive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to students
  • Assist with lesson planning and preparation, including adapting materials and resources for students with SEN
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
  • CACHE Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Knowledge of SEN and its impact on students
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
