**Deputy Clinical Manager -Elderly Nursing Home
Bexley Heath, Kent
£45,000 - £55,000 DOE**
Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Nurse for a large purpose built elderly care home in Bexley Heath to take on this post as Deputy Clinical Manager.
As Deputy Manager,/ Clinical Manager you will report into the Registered Manager, playing an important part of the onsite clinical and management team. You will support the manager in leading and supervising a large staff team to deliver the highest standardsof nursing care. This role is central in maintaining and further developing the nursing home.
- **Predominantly supernumery hours but must be flexible for the needs of the service and on-call**_
As well as being clinically responsible for certain operational areas, you will also take a significant role in the management of the staff team and home. You will be dealing daily with issues concerning sickness management, staff training and development,and coaching and mentoring. You will have an effective way of using your expertise in this role.
**CRITERIA**
To be considered for this role you must have the following qualifications and experience:
- Active NMC
- 2 years in a senior post as Clinical Lead/ Deputy Manager or Senior Nurse
- Experience within a nursing home
- You must be confident to lead the home in management absence
Excellent salary UP TO £55,000 per annum experience dependent
