Audio Visual Warehouse

As our business continues to grow year-on-year, we are looking to add an additional member to our full-time team for a versatile role, predominantly working across our warehouse and set-building workshop.

Wages will exceed the national living wage. Applicants must be over 25 years old for insurance purposes and possess a full driving licence. Due to the location of our offices, having your own transport is also required.

While a basic knowledge of the audio-visual industry would be an advantage, a willingness to learn and being a good team player are the qualities we prioritise.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Warehouse management: labelling, organisation, and maintenance of equipment
- Picking equipment
- Management and allocation of equipment via Current (cloud rental system)
- Building and covering of set panels
- Deliveries and collections
- Unloading and loading of vehicles
- Vehicle checks
- Basic ‘handyperson’ skills
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment (sound, video, lighting, etc.)
- Testing of equipment

A significant part of the role will involve liaising with other team members, including Project Managers, to balance workload and demands, ensuring the timely and effective management of required equipment for each project.

We are a well-established AV production company based in Tigley, Dartington, Devon, specialising in conference production and medical broadcast, delivering projects nationally and across Europe. We are a family-run business with a team of around a dozen people, a few dogs and visiting wildlife, established 27 years ago.
