**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Training Consultant **to join our fantastic Learning & Development team. This role is tasked with designing, delivering, and managing A2Dominion’s training programme in line with the Corporate Strategy requirements outlined in the People Strategy.

You will work collaboratively across the People Directorate and the wider organisations manager community to ensure that A2Dominion is compliant with all mandatory training - legislative and regulatory, with a clear plan to deliver current and future requirements.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate and manage the operational training requirements, including but not limited to professional qualifications and external and key organisation wide interventions
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the People Directorate to define, plan and deliver operational training requirements in a timely and cost-effective way
- Manage the Mandatory Training Framework including refreshing modules, ensuring compliance
- Organise and support events and activities including workshops, webinars, and virtual classrooms. Work with the Internal Experts (IEs) and Managers to communicate and promote availability
- Manage the group-wide mandatory training and Professional Qualifications’ scheme; including liaising with internal stakeholders and training providers, as appropriate and providing reporting to relevant parties
- In partnership with the Early Careers Manager identify and manage the provision of early career development including but not limited to apprenticeships and work placements
- Manage the corporate induction process ensuring continual review and making recommendations for improvement
- To keep abreast of and ensure readiness for relevant changes in legislation or regulation ensuring that the organisation, and to keep appropriate records of delivery and compliance.

**More about you**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math and English (Grades A*- C)
- Gained, working towards or are prepared to work towards a recognized accredited Learning & Development qualification (e.g., CIPD)
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of defining and providing operational training processes
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Able to be self-directed and work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements specifically related to housing and/relevant organisational job families (Desirable)
