**LEGAL COUNSEL - DATA PROTECTION & COMMERCIAL LAW (SPORTS SECTOR)**
**LONDON, ENGLAND**
**PART TIME ROLE (3 DAYS A WEEK)**
**£70,000 FULL TIME EQUIVALENT + BONUS + BENEFITS + HYBRID ROLE**
**Role Overview**
Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are currently representing an independent body established by the international governing bodies of a global sporting business.
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing data share schemes with an array of third parties across multiple sporting bodies
- Working with other international sports bodies to law enforcements
- Drafting and negotiating service provider and consultancy agreements with third parties
- Working with and managing external counsel
- Supporting the DPO in relation to regulatory requirements and data protection strategy.
- Supporting on corporate governance
- Solicitor qualified/admitted to practice in England & Wales
- 3 PQE + in contract law, EU data protection law
- Data transfer knowledge
- Experience in legal documentation
- Technically strong lawyer
