Mercian Logistics Limited is seeking new Self Employed Delivery drivers to join our friendly teams based in both Ross and Hereford. Apart of Cathay Investments, Mercian Logistics Limited is looking for a Self Employed Delivery Driver to be based at it's sites in Ross and Hereford.

We're looking for a Self Employed Delivery driver with experience of delivering excellent customer service.

This is a great opportunity to work with Mercian Logistics Limited, part of the APC network. APC is the largest UK parcel delivery network and you will be making various different drop offs to customers in the local area delivering excellent customer service.

- Typically, our Self Employed Courier drivers will earn £1.50 per consignment picked up or dropped off
- There are plenty of parcels to deliver, meaning the earning opportunity is in your hands; the more you deliver, the more you earn.
- Having freedom and flexibility; you can plan your own route.

**As a Self Employed Courier Driver the job will involve**:

- Expected to complete a minimum of 50 drops per day.
- Pack and load products onto vehicles in good order and as per Company guidelines.
- Maintain ongoing communications with Office team.
- Complete deliveries in line with Expect time windows and route planning.
- Ensure you get a POD for every parcel delivered.

**As a Self Employed Courier Driver you be required to have**:

- Full, clean driving licence
- Will be required to have a suitable, fully MOT’d vehicle, as well as pay for fuel as self-employed.
- Ensure the vehicle has valid insurance in place.
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
- Proof of own UK bank account.
