A fantastic opportunity for a career driven Buyer to join a successful, global manufacturing business based in Normanton.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

- Take charge of general purchasing operations within the UK site
- Ensure the reliability and performance of procurement data in the ERP
- Proactively assess and refine suppliers to promote efficiencies
- Preparing and negotiating relevant agreements
- Responsible for cost, quality, delivery and overall financial performance of external suppliers' scope versus budget on certain projects
- Experience in procurement within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Experience of working with international suppliers would be advantageous
- Excellent supplier management skills
