- This is a sessional term time only position supporting the Camden Portage team to deliver 3 stay and play sessions in the community at 3 different venues.Sessions are for pre-school children who have developmental delays or who have a diagnosed or an undiagnosed disability or condition.

The groups provide a variety of play based activities aimed at supporting children’s learning and development and the applicant will help to provide a support network for the parents and share information about local services.

Working alongside a Portage Practitioner they will be required to set up play activities, tidy the setting work with parents and children in developing play skills to support the play and development of the children.
