**About the Primary Care and Partnerships Manager**:
As our **Primary Care and Partnerships Manager**, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of Primary Care suppliers and monitoring quality and risk in order to maximise return on investment and ensure world class servicedelivery.
We are looking for an experienced and competent project manager, with a passion for driving successful partnerships.
**Your responsibilities as our Primary Care and Partnerships Manager will include**:
- Undertaking, reviewing, and communicating routine performance reports - for example, from partners’ operational reports, complaints and governance reports to the Head of Primary Care, Associate Medical Director, Deputy Chief Medical Officer and other internalstakeholders
- Working collaboratively with external partners ensuring timely reporting on a monthly basis and extrapolating relevant information to create accurate internal reports on a regular basis
- Identifying service risks and challenges, researching and evaluating potential solutions and escalating this, providing recommendations where appropriate
- Building trusting, deep and effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally, including partners, operations, marketing, IT and finance
- Day to day problem solving of any issues with any of our Primary Care services, including routine and urgent issues that may happen
- Organising, planning and scheduling governance and quality reviews for Primary Care Partners
- Supporting maintenance of governance standards across our services including creation and distribution of agendas for all partner meetings, minute taking and action tracking
- Initiating and contributing to continuous improvement activities focussed on developing and improving our processes across Primary Care, in particular financial and operating processes
- Co-ordinating primary care team projects, maintaining risk log and mitigating challenges and escalating risks appropriately
- Providing robust project management support, for all Primary Care strategic and savings projects ensuring tracking of objectives and timely delivery of deliverables
**What we’re looking for in our Primary Care and Partnerships Manager**:
**Essential**
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of effective project management tools and methodology and track record of coordinating delivery of several projects at once
- Deep interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and foster trusting commercial relationships
- Experience in managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines and managing multiple partners to deliver established KPIs
- A self-starter and able to work autonomously
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience in interpreting reports, understanding and analysis of data and preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Degree level or equivalent, possibly professional qualifications and 5 years + of work experience
**Desirable**
- Experience in supplier management, account management or stakeholder management
- Knowledge of internal computer systems
- Experience in the creation of process maps
- Experience within the insurance industry
- Experience with the UK healthcare landscape
