_We are looking for someone to join our new fish and chip bussiness who can provide excellent customer service to ensure our customers enjoy their experience with us_
- Your duties will include:_
- Meeting and greeting customers_
- Serving customers_
- Preparing and serving food_
- Operating cash registers and receive payments from customers in cash or by credit card_
- Maintaining the working area and kitchen clean and tidy at all times_
- Handling orders from our click and collect/ delivery system.( some IT knowledge is required to do this job effectively)_
- Answering the phone and taking orders_
- Keeping a good and positive relation with the customers_
- Your Skills:_
- You must always be polite and respectful _
- You must work well under pressure, be organised and have good food hygiene skills_
- You must be hardworking, on going, customer focused and reliable_
- To be flexible during busy times_
