Linsco Recruitment require a document controller / admin support in Liverpool for an immediate start. **This role is until December 2023.**

Document control duties
- Managing all drawings on 4P and updating the paper copies of the drawings in AO, A1 and A3 folders on a weekly basis according to revisions
- Any works that need doing on 4P that are project specific as and when requested
- Document control for Golden Thread

Site duties
- Filing of safety paperwork
- Setting up meeting room timetables linked to outlook
- Assisting with site inductions
- Ordering office supplies

Hours of work would be 8am until 2pm, Monday to Friday
