**Customer Service Advisors - Inbound Calls**
**Location**:Sheffield
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm. 1 in 2 weekends working Saturday and Sunday 9-5, with 2 days off in the week when working the weekend.
**Salary**:£10.42 per hour, paid monthly
**Basis**:12 weeks fixed term contract, with potential for permanent contract thereafter
**Start date**:Monday 29th January
Due to a major new contract win, we are recruiting Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a leading and well-established contact centre in the heart of Sheffield.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers Working on behalf of a leading package holiday provider, you’ll be helping customers with a variety of queries/bookings, both before and after their holiday.
We’re looking for people with great customer service skills, a professional and polite telephone manner and a positive and helpful attitude.
**As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be**:
- Handling inbound enquires from customers, both pre and post-holiday. Taking ownership of effectively dealing with the customer queries and trying to resolve any issues in a confident manner to the customers satisfaction.
- Identifying the customers’ needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products to match the customer requirements or resolve their queries
- Processing customer requested amendments to their upcoming holiday
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

**Do you have what we’re looking for?**
- Experience working as a Customer Service Advisor in the travel industry, or in a contact centre environment as a Customer Service Advisor - essential
- A genuine passion for customer service
- The ability to resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to hold conversation will people from all ages and backgrounds and easily build rapport with your customers
- Dedication to deliver a top-quality customer service
- Strong attention to detail
