**The role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking, results driven supervisor with knowledge in a variety of Building Maintenance elements. The purpose of this role is to manage a team of operatives/technicians to ensure repairs, maintenance and void works are carried out safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.

You will be required to deliver a high quality service to our customers whilst being a fair, open and approachable leader who can communicate and motivate the team. The role will include quality checking and monitoring work completed and therefore an eye for detail will be required.

**The right fit**
- You’ll need demonstrable experience of supervising a team of multi-skilled operatives/technicians delivering repairs, maintenance and void works.
- You must have an excellent standards of communication skills, both written and verbal in order to query jobs and liaise with office staff, managers and customers.
- You must be able to work as part of a team.
- You will need experience working with tight deadlines involving planning and prioritising workload in order to meet agreed targets.
- You will also need a full UK driving licence.
